The Service provides a platform for exchanging cryptocurrencies. We facilitate swaps between different digital assets through integrated liquidity providers. The Service is non-custodial—we do not hold, store, or control your funds at any point.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency exchange services are prohibited. You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate receiving addresses and memos where required
- Sending the exact amount specified within the time limit
- Verifying address and network compatibility before initiating a swap
- Maintaining the security of your wallets and private keys
We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses, wrong amounts, network selection errors, or user error.
5. No Guarantee of Availability
Rates and availability are subject to change. We do not guarantee that any particular pair or amount will be available. Swaps may fail due to liquidity, network issues, or provider limitations.
6. Refunds and Disputes
If a swap fails, funds may be refunded by the liquidity provider. Refund timing and eligibility depend on the provider's policies. Contact support with your swap ID for assistance. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party providers.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
